Nada Harfoush
It began with a body that wanted to be understood.
Then became a voice heard by millions.
The story
Nada Harfoush’s story did not begin in front of a camera. It did not begin with a venture. And it did not begin with an audience of millions.
It began with a personal experience that changed the way she saw health, the body, and life itself.
Early in her life, Nada went through a complex health journey involving autoimmune and chronic illnesses, as well as the severe effects of a stroke. Rather than becoming a passing chapter, that experience became a turning point, leading her into years of research, learning, and reconsidering many of the ideas she had been accustomed to hearing about health, illness, nutrition, and lifestyle.
From a personal question that once began with “What is happening inside my body?”, a journey began that would grow far beyond the woman who started it.

From a personal experience to a mission
Nada turned to studying nutrition and health, and began sharing what she was learning and experiencing with others.
Her aim was not to present health information in the way people had come to expect: complicated language, lists of what was allowed and forbidden, or a message built around fear of illness.
What occupied her mind was something larger:
How can a person understand their body? How can knowledge become part of their life? And how can caring for health move from a reaction to illness toward a different way of living?
Little by little, those questions began reaching a wider audience.
Nada’s personal experience became content, then a community, then a complete venture dedicated to health awareness and lifestyle.
When one voice became a community of millions
Within just a few years, Nada Harfoush built one of the widely followed Arab digital communities in health, wellbeing, and lifestyle.
Today, more than 3.5 million people and subscribers follow her content across her different platforms.
On YouTube alone, her channel has surpassed 1.5 million subscribers and 260 million views, with a library of more than a thousand videos.
But the numbers do not tell the whole story.
Behind every view was someone looking for an answer. Behind every message was a person trying to understand themselves better. And behind this large audience, a community took shape, stretching from the Gulf, Egypt, the Levant, and North Africa to Arabs living in Europe, America, and other parts of the world.
Over time, Nada’s influence was no longer tied to one platform or one country.
The name Nada Harfoush became part of an Arab community that crosses borders, sharing one question in different forms:
How do we live a more conscious life?Explore the main channel
Beyond health
Health was the first doorway.
But Nada’s journey did not stop there.
As her experience grew, so did the questions she explored: mental health, self-awareness, human relationships, marriage, women’s self-image, social patterns, our relationship with money and work, culture and reading, critical thinking, beauty, ageing, and the way we shape our everyday lives.
This is why Nada no longer sees a person as a collection of separate files: a body here, a mind there, and relationships somewhere else.
To her, a human being is one whole system.
What we eat, what we think, who we surround ourselves with, how we sleep, move, love, set boundaries, and spend our time and money are all parts of the same life.
This shift gradually took Nada’s content from the realm of health and wellbeing into something much broader:
The human being, and how we live.
From the digital world to real work on the ground
Nada never wanted her ideas to remain confined to a screen.
At the end of 2021, she began the Nada Harfoush Oasis project in the heart of the Sinai desert: a place connected to her philosophy of nature, sustainability, farming, food, and a life closer to the earth.
The oasis was an extension of an idea she had believed in for a long time:
Our relationship with health cannot be separated from our relationship with the environment we live in, the food we grow, and the nature from which modern life has drawn us away.
There, some of what she spoke about in front of millions of people became a real experience on the ground: farming, plants, natural living, and sustainability.

From Egypt to the UAE… a new chapter began
As the venture grew and its work expanded, the United Arab Emirates became the centre of a new chapter in Nada’s journey.
In 2023, this work took on a more formal structure through Nada Harfoush For Health Awareness Services L.L.C in the UAE.
From Dubai, the work expanded to serve clients across the Gulf, the Arab world, and beyond, through consultations, programmes, and meetings, alongside in-person appointments at Nada’s office in Dubai.
It was no longer only about content that an audience watched.
Behind the name was now a team, an organised way of working, thousands of clients over the years, and experiences from different countries, cultures, and circumstances.
And the principle remained the same:
No two lives are alike, so we should not treat people as though they are copies of one another.

An independent voice in the world of health products
In 2024, Nada launched “Nada’s Reviews”, opening a different door into the world of health products: a space for understanding and evaluating products, with the viewer’s trust as its most important value.
In a market crowded with promises and brands competing for attention, Nada chose to give the details a voice: ingredients, the quality of a choice, the experience of using a product, and what deserves a closer look before buying.
The channel offers reviews without payment or sponsorship from companies, putting viewers’ knowledge and needs at the centre of each assessment. A famous name or an elegant package is not enough; what matters is what a product actually offers, and what a person should know about it.
As its reviews accumulated, the channel became an independent resource that followers return to when understanding products and comparing options with greater confidence. It is a practical extension of Nada’s mission: turning knowledge from something we hear into better decisions in everyday life.

From content to conversation
After more than a thousand videos and years of talking about health and lifestyle, Nada felt there were questions that could not fit into a minute, did not belong in a quick video, and should not be governed by trends.
In 2026, she launched “Majlis Nada Harfoush.”
The Majlis was not simply an extension of her health content. It was a broader space for the voice that had developed with her over the years.
A space to talk about people, society, relationships, culture, awareness, and the ideas through which we shape our lives.
A space that, in a time when everyone is competing to steal attention, tries to invite people to use it.

Today, Nada Harfoush cannot be reduced to a single professional description.
She is a content creator, a podcast host, a founder, and the person behind one of the large Arab digital communities in health, lifestyle, and awareness.
But before all of these titles, she is someone who chose to turn her private experience into a venture that reaches beyond its founder.
What began as one woman’s search for answers about her body became content watched hundreds of millions of times.
What began as a message to a small number of people became a community of more than 3.5 million followers and subscribers.
And what began as a personal experience became work that extends across the digital world, direct work with people, and real-world projects.

And yet, perhaps the journey is only beginning.
Because Nada’s vision today has grown beyond health in its traditional sense.
It is a vision of a life in which a person is more knowledgeable, more independent in their thinking, more able to ask questions, and more aware of what they allow into their body, mind, and life.
A life built on understanding, rather than the pursuit of perfection.
Guided by knowledge, rather than fear.
A life in which a person does not spend their years disconnected from their body, their inner self, nature, or the world around them.
Perhaps health was the beginning. But the human being was always the story.
